Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer Photo Gallery
The Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC) was one of the first computers (maybe even the very first) and close to Benjamin Pierce’s heart as many of his family had connections to the School of Electrical Engineering at Pennsylvania Uni, where it was built. Anyway, Benjamin has posted some fab images of the computer showing incredible detail of some of the parts. I bet they’re going to look great as my new PC desktops :-) [via]
