Volga’ Kiasma
Volga have taken some old Russian folk tunes and used them with their music to create a five track project called Kiasma. I always think that mixing old stuff such as this is a little old hat already but I can’t say that about this. It was recorded live and it’s absolutely brilliant. It just sounds right if you know what I mean. On a more light note you should check out this image of the band members, they remind me a little of Autobahn from The Big Lebowski! [via]
