Urban Freeflow Update

There was another great Parkour show on Channel 4 (UK) last week called Jump Britain (the follow up to last year’s Jump London). It heavily featured some of the bods that make up Urban Freeflow as the scene build some serious momentum. Anyways, it’s being repeated on E4 (if you have it) on Saturday 15th at 20:00 followed by an extra hour of The Making Of Jump Britain at 21:00. Catch it if you can. I also found a pretty cool video made up from loads or great free running action. [Video via]

Ive been doin free running for a while but jump london was sick and i bet jump britan was sicker (haven’t seen it yet in the US. for all the newbees to the sport keep at it and remeber falling is a step to perfection, you cant learn anything unless you fall at least once, and pain is a part of any extream sport (so get used to it). To the vet. runners keep doin your thing and dont give up. this sport rules

    viva los free running!
