Ektopia

Ektopia doesn’t get a huge amount of comments but I read and enjoy each and every single one. Most of the comments are from people who I’ve written about dropping in to say hi or people adding some extra information about the posts. There’s also a few posts that have taken on lives of there own like the Funny eBay Auction post and the Puffy Amiyumi post (it seems that some people still don’t get the fact that Ektopia isn’t Puffy’s fanclub site..I don’t mind though!). Occasionally I get a comment that makes me laugh…out loud. Today I found one such comment so I have decided that I’m going to give it a post all of its own. So, here’s what Vince had to say on the VW Verdier Concept Camper Van post -

“I have always loved the VW bus, owned a few in my time and used to drive around the UK in mine hoping to get up close to Jay Aston from Bucks Fizz at some of her concerts. I always thought that as she got less successful and less famous, she would begin to drop into my league and I’d have a chance with her. I’ve lost count of the number of times that I have prayed for a Bucks Fizz tour to fail or for a single to not hit the top of the hit parade, so that she would be more reachable for me. It crossed my mind that she might even have gambled all her money away and would become a sad loner whom I could rescue from herself and be a hero to. I hope this happens before she goes through menopause, that way, I may even be able to reproduce with her and have little Vince elgeys.. Being Vince Elgey and wanting little vince elgeys with jay aston, is good isn’t it.”
