Talking Tapes
Talking Tapes are strips of plastic with ridges down the length of them. Pull them past your teeth and you, only you, will hear the message via bone conduction. I suppose the only thing they lack is a 5 second self destruct option! The look a bit like cable ties too so that could be a perfect way to hide the message for later decoding too I suppose.
