Mark Jenkins @ London’s LAZ.inc
Mark Jenkins has been a firm Ektopia favourite for a couple of years now. His work has had more mentions than most and each one is more than well deserved. I was lucky enough to get to the opening night of Mark Jenkins’s first UK exhibition at Steve Lazarides’s gallery LAZ.inc last week and it was well worth the trip. It was excellent to meet him at long last and seeing his pieces (as well as some great large scale photos of his outdoor work) was a real treat. LAZ.inc’s gallery space is amazing (if you love urban decay) and the perfect place to host Mark’s work. I’ll be posting a few shots on my Flickr page at some point but the best thing is to get down there yourself if you can. The show’s on till Sat 12th of May 2007.
